Audiovisual is intensely present in our daily lives. What motivates us is the ability of telling compelling and engaging stories, that shall leave in the public’s memory images created with affect.
For each screen, a proper way of presenting images and sound. For each theme, a special attention for research and production. For each viewer, the possibility of a new angle.
The production company AION FILMES has been established in the audiovisual market in Rio de Janeiro and Brazil since 1997 when it was founded by partners Eduardo Goldenstein (director and screenwriter) and Katya Goldenstein (producer). Aion has a qualified and experienced team of collaborators, and is able to deliver the most varied audiovisual products, whether for tv, streaming, or cinema.
Its portfolio includes, among others, the production of two seasons of the ESTADOS DA ARTE series, contemplated by Prodav 02/2013 and 02/2016 and shown by Canal Curta! in 2017 and 2022, the production of the series CIDADES POSSÍVEIS, shown in 2020, and POTÊNCIAS DA IMAGEM, to be shown in 2023, both on Canal Curta!. In October 2013, released on the commercial circuit the feature film CORDA BAMBA, awarded by the Ministry of Culture’s feature film public notice and finalist for the Brazilian Cinema Grand Prix in 2014. Aion also produced short films with significant circulation and awards at film festivals in Brazil and abroad, as well as collaborated with MULTIRIO since 2010, through the development and direction of educational series for children and young audiences.

Television:
Eduardo Goldenstein is a filmmaker, tv director and partner of Aion Filmes. In 2013, he released his first feature film – CORDA BAMBA, awarded by the Ministry of Culture’s Feature Film public notice and finalist for the 2014 Brazilian Cinema Grand Prix. By 2015, he co-directed the documentary 5 VEZES CHICO, a co-production between 3Tabela Filmes and GloboNews, screened and awarded at festivals in Brazil and abroad. In 2017, he directed the series ESTADOS DA ARTE, awarded by the FSA and aired on Canal Curta!. Eduardo directed several educational series for MultiRio. Wrote and directed five short films shown and awarded at festivals in Brazil and abroad. Goldenstein also produces digital content for the new Rio de Janeiro’s Sight and Sound Museum. He directed the series CIDADES POSSÍVEIS, shown in 2020 on Canal Curta!, and the 2nd season of the series ESTADOS DA ARTE – NORTE/NORDESTE, contemplated by Prodav 02/2016 and shown on the same channel.
Eduardo is currently preparing the series POTÊNCIAS DA IMAGEM, contemplated by SUAT/FSA, to be shown in 2024 on Canal Curta!.
